Mehmet Erdoğmuş is a management, organization and human resources professional with extensive experience in corporate structuring, recruitment, organizational development and business process design.

His work focuses on helping organizations build sustainable people systems, define roles and responsibilities, improve recruitment processes, establish performance structures and strengthen managerial decision-making.

He has led and contributed to projects covering executive search, talent acquisition, job analysis, organizational design, HR policy development, performance management, employee communication, workforce planning and management reporting.
